Redmond Retail and Will Call Re-Opening - Guidelines and Procedure
We are thrilled to announce the re-opening of our Redmond, WA retail and will call on June 29th. To ensure the health and safety of all of our employees and customers, we ask all customers to follow the guidelines detailed here:
Operating Time-9am until 5pm.
- Pickup and Shopping Guidelines: only five customers will be allowed to access the building at a time and only one customer per order and no waiting inside the building.
- All Customers MUST wear a face covering that covers their nose and mouth as all times by order of the governor. No exceptions will be made. Face coverings will not be provided by USCutter.
- Maintain social distancing while on premises.
- Please allow 2 hours processing time for all pickup orders.

Memphis Will Call Guidelines and Procedure
We are happy to announce the re-opening of our Memphis will call on June 1st. To ensure the health and safety of all of our employees and customers, we ask all will call customers to follow the guidelines detailed here:
- Operating Time-9am until 4:30pm.
- Pickup Guidelines: only two customers will be allowed to access the building at a time and only one customer per order and no waiting inside the building.
- All Customers MUST wear a face covering that covers their nose and mouth as all times. No exceptions will be made. Face coverings will not be provided by USCutter.
- Maintain social distancing while on premises.
- All orders must be placed and paid for online.
- All returns will be processed through Customer Service.
- If additional items are needed, another order will need to be placed or items added before arriving at Will Call.
- Please allow 2 hours processing time for all orders. Customers will not be allowed to wait inside of Will Call.
